The RT Popcornmeter rating for Avatar: Fire and Ash is still pending. The first Avatar movie nabbed an 82% “fresh” Popcornmeter based on 250,000-plus user ratings, while the second movie earned a 92% “fresh” Popcornmeter score based on 25,000-plus user ratings.

Based on 88 reviews, Avatar: Fire and Ash currently has a 68% score on Rotten Tomatoes. If the score remains as more reviews are tabulated, this would mark the lowest-rated Avatar movie, breaking the previous record set by The Way of Water, which had a score of 76%. The 2009 original is still the highest-rated installment in the franchise with 81%.
