BOSTON — The Celtics dominated the Lakers 126-105 on Friday at TD Garden, overwhelming the shorthanded visitors. The C’s won their fourth straight game to improve to 14-9. The Lakers dropped to 16-6 in a crowded West standings.

The Wizards held the Knicks to 22 points in the first quarter and 21 points in the fourth quarter during New York's 119-102 home victory Monday, but Washington surrendered a total of 76 points in the middle two quarters.
