Gov. Ron DeSantis promoted his Artificial Intelligence Bill of Rights, a policy proposal that would help local governments reject AI data centers.

DeSantis topped his post with the comment: “Actually we continue to break tourism records (and win Stanley Cups).” Last March, DeSantis had suggested that Canadians were still flocking to Florida, “maybe … to get a glimpse of what a Stanley Cup winning hockey team actually looks like.”

DeSantis's maneuvering since his return to Florida indicates the possibility of another presidential bid, despite his protestations.

The investigation also found that the administration manipulated state spending rules and kept millions in government costs out of public view, according to records and interviews.

While the governor hasn't endorsed in the race, at least two top aides have been in touch with James Fishback, whose campaign has faced criticism over his social media posts.
