A 15-year-old who is accused of carjacking a woman last month at an Applebee's in Roseville, Michigan, is heading to circuit court after waiving his preliminary examination, according to the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office.
DETROIT -- The Detroit Tigers have signed right-handed pitcher and former San Francisco Giants prospect Cole Waites to a minor-league deal.
