Sajid Akram and his son Naveed spent nearly the entire month of November in the Philippines, with the older man entering as an "Indian national", authorities in Manila said.
Naveed Akram, the 24-year-old who is accused of carrying out the Bondi Beach terror attack with his father, the slain Sajid Akram, has awoken in hospital. Charges are expected to be laid. Australian investigators are working with their Philippine counterparts after it was revealed the duo took a trip to the country recently.
