The Pittsburgh region received a weekend blast of winter weather, including heavy snowfall in many places south of Pittsburgh. KDKA-TV's Chilekasi Adele reports from Washington County.
On Saturday at 4:31 p.m. an updated winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 7 p.m. until Sunday 7 a.m. for Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties.
A winter storm warning is in effect in western Pennsylvania, with three to five inches of snow expected areawide and six to 10 inches possible in the Laurel Highlands and isolated places south of Pittsburgh.
