The police set up a perimeter over a block of North Rosa Parks Way to North Holman Street, and from North Maryland to North Montana Streets. Police are asking residents within the perimeter to stay inside their homes. North Rosa Parks Way is closed west of I-5 as police respond to the incident.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Authorities say they have arrested a 14-year-old boy who is accused of breaking into cars across Cleveland, including vehicles belonging to churchgoers.

State police were called to the incident around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday. Witnesses reported seeing officers with weapons drawn in the area.
