Now I can understand why so many greenhouses use hydroponics to root new plants. These 4 to 5 inch long roots are after only two weeks in water!! When moving water rooted plants to soil the roots need to be kept a little more damp until they adjust to the soil. By moving to moss before soil, there’s less of a chance of root rot. Once I see new root growth in the cups they should be ready to move to soil. Since I’m sending these out to friends in the mail, I will leave in the moss for easier tran
