Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, only half of flour to start, to the bowl and begin mixing. Slowly add in the remaining flour. Once combined, knead for 5-7 minutes. Transfer dough to a greased bowl and allow to rise/double in size. About 1-2 hour
